Recently moved to a Charles Church property at Westvale Park. The developers have been brilliant, only a very few minor cosmetic snags which were resolved straight away. Would 100% recommend.

TrustpilotThe Lancasters, Waterbeach
I'd give them zero stars if I could. Absolute disgrace the standard of the workmanship, customer service, everything. Do not buy a Persimmon / Charles Church home - end of.
