Outstanding snags from the original 7 day list, 6 months after moving in to our property. Some snags have now been attended too up to 4 times and still can't seem to rectify to a good quality standard.....I think you need to implement quality assurance, some of your contractors are rookie and are literally taking the mick of you and your customers and yet you do nothing about it.....Disgraceful

GoogleDO NOT BUY!!! I cannot stress how bad the quality of the building work has been and the level of customer service is atrocious. Had to hand over the money and the porch wasn’t even on. Snagging list is getting longer. Oh not buying a Charles church home, as all built to persimmon spec!!!

Poor workmanship, nonexistent customer service but if you don’t mind spending thousands of your own money (on top of your purchase price and fees) to rectify all the mistakes their builders make, then it can be made in to a nice house. We have been in the house for just under two years now and are still chasing up snags from our 7 day snag list.
