GoogleThis week we completed our house purchase with Ashtons in Stockton Heath. Adam was amazing to deal with. This was a complicated purchase with a number of challenges but Adam was great, staying involved in the process from initial enquiry right through to completion, unlike many estate agents. He was friendly, calm and very quick to manage issues. I couldn’t rate Adam higher. We would happily recommend Ashtons to anyone. Many thanks again!

GoogleWe only have positive things to say about Molly and the rest of the team at Ashtons. They went above and beyond to help us secure our new home.
After they managed to list and sell our previous property in only 10 days, they put in so much effort continually chasing up and down our 7 strong chain, being our only means of communication throughout the process, sometimes even doing the work of our solicitors! Can't recommend them highly enough 💪

GoogleTbh, it's been a LONG time since we have moved house, so it was all a bit of a new experience. Ashtons made a pretty stressful time quite a bit easier to cope with. They chased things for us, made viewings at the properties we wanted to see when we wanted them, and then sorted everything out that they could sort out on the house we bought, being the go-between between the solicitors, plus us and the vendors. So yes, Estate Agents often get a bad name, but mainly because this house buying malarkey is so stressful and they are in the middle of it all - but the reality for us was that Ashtons Stockton Heath (Brad & the rest of the team) actually made it easier to cope with. So, thanks again!

GoogleHaving dealt with a good number of estate agencies before, it was a joy to interact with the Stockton Heath office of Ashtons.
All the staff are incredibly polite and helpful and Cathy the manager, went above and beyond in her role. She is attentive, professional and clearly is really good in what she does.
The communication from the team was impressively prompt, I never felt unable to reach out to them or get answers to my questions, no matter whom I spoke to. Honestly, such a great experience all around!
Definitely recommend!

GoogleAshtons were a pleasure to deal with when viewing and looking to buy a property. Molly was particularly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable in all our dealings with her. The property we were buying with them unfortunately did not work out, however we wouldn't hesitate to use Ashtons again for either buying or selling.

GoogleI am really disappointed with this lot. The staff are pleasant enough, but like many estate agents, they try and shaft you at the end of tenancy.
We had to get a cleaner in when WE moved in, and there was crap all over the garden. I seem to remember the fridge and freezer were full of food, and the oven was grim.
We let it go at the time.
We were forced to move a couple of weeks before Christmas, but we still managed to get an end of tenancy cleaner in.
The house was spotless when we left, as confirmed by H&L, yet they want their greasy hands on our deposit. Blaming... the garden. All we left was the junk that the landlord left!

GoogleMany thanks to Laura Hizzard who made our life so much easier when we relocated from the midlands. There was not a lot of rental after storm Desmond but she found us a property that met our needs having no idea of the area we were in. The whole office were very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

GoogleAshton’s provided an amazing service in connection with the purchase of our house. Brad worked very hard to get things through and went above and beyond to keep things moving and to push to completion. I can’t recommend Ashton’s (Brad in particular) enough. Great team. Great service.

GoogleI was dealing with Ashtons as a house buyer. I found them friendly, helpful and professional throughout, despite me needing several visits to the empty property to check areas requiring work. Extra thanks to Molly for going the extra mile, looking for keys, trying to operate the boiler, and especially helping communication between myself and the seller when solicitors were taking too long.

GoogleAdam has recently dealt with the purchase of a property for my parents who have recently relocated from North Wales to Warrington. Adam was extremely proactive in progressing with our purchase making it as stress free as possible. Adam was very professional and understanding. He understands customer requirements and gives lots of information regarding the back office process so you appreciate the reasons why there maybe holds up. Thank you so much Ashtons. Great job and we definitely recommend you.

GoogleGreat experience dealing with Ashtons selling our old house and purchasing our new one as both were up with the Stockton Heath Branch. Queries were answered straight away and if not at the time call backs were arranged with all the information. Friendly and professional staff. Will definitely be going back if we decide to sell again in the future!

GoogleWe have recently used Ashtons to sell our house and have found them to be extremely professional and helpful.
Moving during a pandemic is especially fraught, however Adam and the team at the Stockton Heath branch have always been easy to contact and have helped with all stages of the process.
Their knowledge of the local area is second to none and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashtons to anyone thinking of buying or selling a house.
