GoogleWe have been with Ashcroft and Guest for the last five years as tenants, and Tracy has been exceptional. She has gone above and beyond to make sure any issues were resolved quickly, supported us throughout our time at the property and has been all round amazing!! It's a shame to move onto a new property as we really have been looked after. I could not recommend enough!

GoogleAbsolute five star service. The team are polite, very friendly and made everything so simple and easy. From the money I saw the property online and reached out, and right through every step, the team were with me every step of the way. It was like having a friend by my side. Honestly, I cannot fault anyone in the team, or the process. By far the best agency I’ve ever used.

GoogleAnother great experience from Helen and the team, everyone involved very happy. The previous tenant left the property spotless. This wasn't down to luck, but based on regular and thorough inspections with follow up, as is the case with all our properties managed by Ashcroft Guest. A new, suitable tenant was identified very quickly and confirmed through thorough screening. No stress for us as the property owners. Nothing becomes an issue for us or the tenants in our properties as Helen and the team manage good communication and good relations throughout the tenancies.

They were incredibly kind, professional and helpful during the purchase. We moved and rented the property through AG in 2013 and never had an issue with finding good tenants and Helen was always on hand for any problems or advice. Having just sold the same property (going through the full cycle) with Lesley leading it was, again, a dream. So professional, caring, helpful and always offer great advice. Best estate agents hands down!!

GoogleWe recently bought and sold through Ashcroft Guest and I was absolutely blown away by their 5* service. Helen, Lesley and the rest of the team made the whole move a lot more manageable and less stressful than when we moved a few years ago and used a different agent from the village. They always updated us with news and feedback and always answered my calls whenever I needed reassurance. FacebookI moved up to the North for work and had the great luck of finding Ashcroft Guest while looking for a place for myself. Overall, I lived in Stockton Heath for almost two and a half years until Jan this year, when I had to move again for work. Everything that may be said about Helen, Tracy, Martin and the team would not be enough. It is a truly professional group, that always “say what they do and do what they say” and I appreciated that very much at once, because I think this is getting harder and harder to find. If you are in the “super-relaxing” mode of finding a new place to live, and you need to make sure that you will be looked after; properly advised and efficiently and personally responded; and also you would like to go through things as smooth and easy as possible, do not hesitate to get in touch with Ashcroft Guest; such was my experience with them. It is a nice, trustworthy group of people. They demonstrated that all the way during the time I lived in Stockton Heath. I shared the comments of Michelle, Rachel, Victoria: highly recommendable! It has been a great pleasure to meet them.

FacebookMy husband and I rented through Helen and the team for nearly 5 years. We always had a great service, with lots of supportive help whenever it was needed. The check-in process was excellent, the fees extremely reasonable and we had confirmation our full bond would be returned to us less than three working days of vacating. All-in-all, a great experience and highly recommended!
