We visited Reside Estate Agents about two months ago to express interest in a new build property, and the experience since then has been fantastic. Jordana has been amazing in helping us with the sale of our current home. She’s taken care of everything so smoothly that we genuinely haven’t had to worry about a thing. It’s been completely hassle-free, which made such a difference during what can usually be a stressful process. She’s been incredibly helpful, proactive, and clearly committed to getting us the best possible outcome. Both Jordana and Rhiannon have also been great at keeping us updated throughout the process of securing our new build home, which we’ve really appreciated. Overall, a really positive experience, friendly, professional, and supportive from start to finish. Highly recommended!

We viewed around 10 houses and Elliot was the only person to give us a real tour - he was knowledgable about the home, the area & the vendors and didn’t give us the usual “ring the office for details” line once! My experience with Reside had given me a new found hope in selling my property. They gave my listing a new lease of life, did this with ease and communicated with me the entire time. Veronika and Elliot were looking after my sale and they reassured me and always had time to answer any questions I had at any point of the day. I was feeling quite pessimistic about the prospect of selling my property but within a few weeks I had tons of viewings and an offer. I had the pleasure of selling our house with Reside Stockport. We achieved over asking price and more than we anticipated after valued at way lower by other agents. We were very lucky with our estate agent Elliot who was dedicated to getting us the price we wanted. It was speedy and efficient with Elliot even carrying out viewings past 7pm ! Definitely the modern approach to Estate Agency and think a lot of other agents can take some notes from Reside. Again, can’t thank the team enough you’ve all been amazing.

I looked into renting a one-bed apartment at Eda, and it’s a great place especially for remote workers who want a comfortable living space. Veronika Pokrovskaya from the Reside Stockport team was fantastic sharing all the pros of the complex in such a friendly and honest way. I went with another Reside building that’s closer to my office and the kids’ school but Eda still holds a special place in my heart as one of the best options out there.
