They instruct an independent organisation to undertake professional photographs, which is a great touch! They keep you updated but charge for petty things. They are a good agent, but their fees are extortionate.

Just out to rinse you for every penny you have. Don’t ever use these cowboys They refused to do repairs meaning we had to do them in a rented house they’d asked us to leave because it’s for sale!
