GoogleMichael has been incredibly patient, professional and overall lovely with the sale of our commercial property which has taken a long time to sell (due to the market not the agent! He's really professional, knowledgeable and honest, everytime we contacted him he would respond in a timely fashion and everything we asked for help on he delivered. Thanks again for everything!

GoogleHands down the most unprofessional and worst service I have ever used. Michael is frankly rude and disrespectful. Offered absolutely no communication throughout a process (after a lot of promises and talking down about other agencies). We used these to let 2 units, neither we handled efficiently, proactively or professionally by any means.

GoogleFirst interaction with Andy over the phone, was absolutely shocking experience that even my brother said why did he speak like that? But anyways went to view the property. The man did not get off his phone to speak to me or to show me around ( as I picked up the vibe off him I carried on ) After 4 weeks off me putting the offer I emailed him 3/4 times the man did not get back to me but just recently just got back to me saying give me a week and I’ll get back to you. If you want people to speak good about your company get rid off Andy who lacks communication with clients who are investing in premium locations and are spending big money. Would never deal with this man again.

GoogleWouldn’t bother with these bozos. Professional time wasters. Went to see a unit and booked another viewing for the next day but he already assumed I’m not coming anymore and didn’t show up, having me to waste 2 hours for nothing. Then he didn’t get back to me to let me know if my offer is accepted or not. I really need a unit but with clowns like these I might as well build my own

GoogleRidiculously bad customer service. Landlords: Staff are very rude and customer service is poor, i dont know how they are able to find tenants! Tenants: Be careful about renting a property from this agent, staff are very rude and if at the when trying to secure a property, you have issues, you will contnue to have issues going forward. A bad Agent can make your tenancy a nightmare!
