What an amazing service from the team at Harratts. All the staff that we spoke to throughout were always so helpful. Lisa Ogden dealt with my mum. She treated my mum with such respect throughout the whole time. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and always showed care and consideration when dealing with my mum and all her needs. My mum could ask as many questions as she needed, and Lisa always took the time to explain things patiently - nothing was too much trouble. We have nothing but praise for Harratts. You don’t often find companies that work so competently, professionally, yet also show such care, concern and consideration for their clients, so a big thank you to Lisa and the team at Harratts.

Wow! Everybody from the Harratts team went above and beyond when I decided to list my house. Professional from start to finish. Even the 'For Sale' sign was high quality and eye-catching. Andrew was like a magician with the camera! He captured the heart of my home with stunning photographs which allowed possible buyers to fully appreciate the size and layout of the rooms. I was completely blown away with the quality of his photography skills. A huge thanks to him for getting my house moving journey off to such a positive start. I felt more than comfortable handing over my key so that they could conduct viewings. They were respectful when providing feedback, they left everywhere as they found it (sometimes even better!) and I felt that they really cared about getting the best deal for me. Scott has a mind for property and was even able to suggest changes that could be made to potential buyers. He gave adequate notice before viewings so that I could present my home at its best. All paperwork, phone calls and emails were handled with a calming, positive vibe which really alleviated a stressful process. The team stayed in regular contact, keeping me informed of any advances on offers etc. I was dreading the entire process... I needn't have worried. I would recommend Harratts to anybody looking to sell their property. Both professional, personable and friendly staff who have left me feeling very grateful. My house sold in just over a week due to the extra mile Andrew and Scott went to. I couldn't thank you both enough. You are simply wonderful.

Prior to renting out our property with Harratts we were dealing with the rental agents from hell. We were always chasing them up for news or info or wondering where the rent was - and then they just disappeared. It is such a relief to work with Claire after all the problems we had with the previous company. We can’t fault Claire’s friendly, professional, thoughtful, proactive way of working with us and our tenant. If you need to rent out your house then look no further, we can’t recommend Claire and Harratts enough.
