GoogleWe choose to sell our house through Mike Rodgerson Cramlington, Victoria was our office contact, and we can honestly say that she is a real shining star and an asset to the company. She was very approachable, had great knowledge of the Cramlington area and went above and beyond in her job. The process took longer than it should have but we were kept informed and she did her best to get us completed as soon possible. Thank you Victoria 🏠

GoogleIt was evident as soon as Michelle arrived at our home that she had done her research and was able to give us an information pack not only about our house but other houses in the area. She spent a great deal of time drafting up the house details which more than did justice to our property which sold very quickly. Throughout the process Michelle and her team kept us updated with regular communication and responded very quickly to any queries we had. Would highly recommend them.

GoogleI have to admit that Michele and the team did a great job at selling my mam property for me. They sorted the valvaluation straight away and did all the viewings for me as I don't live in the area. The whole process took just under 3 months, from start to completion date. The team organised everything and took all the stress out of selling a home. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family. Top job.

GoogleI have just completed the sale of my house in Cramlington and have nothing but high praise for everyone at Team Cramlington. From the moment I walked in to the office and spoke to Michele back in February 2023, to the phone call confirming completion I have been very impressed with the service I received. Of particular note was the communication I received from the team, which included a telephone update every time something had happened, like a viewing. Indeed, they used to phone me at times to let me know there was no news/changes, which saved me wondering what was happening. This was a really nice touch. Well done everyone and a big thank you from me!!!

GoogleVery professional, good knowledge of the housing market in Cramlington, we had all the local estate agents in the area value or property.Most were way off the mark with the valuation, but Rogerson's give us the best valuation. Other agents were £10,000 to £15,000 under with the valuations. Also Rogerson's beat all the other agents on price. Big thanks to everyone in the office for their help.

Their support for viewings with prospective buyers was constant and their professionalism shone through at all times. But even at the darkest times over more than 18 months we were able to share a laugh from time to time.
