The Trusted AgentNo communication after initial sales visit
Once we signed up the only communication was to arrange viewings. We received no feedback despite asking until we got an offer when we were told everyone else thought it was too small and they wouldn't negotiate a higher offer as this was the best we would get this was the last week heard from them once we accept the offer..
