GoogleOn their website, Halliday Homes claim they will sell your home as if it belonged to them. In my experience this was absolutely and wonderfully true. It's not easy to let go of a home but having caring, open, friendly and professional people working on my behalf helped. The agents were always encouraging, communicated openly about the process and had good advice at each stage and beyond. It was a real pleasure.

Jamie gave excellent advice on presenting the property, and Chloe found several possible tenants very quickly, and carried out the references on the person we chose, took care of the safety checks etc so I didn't need to worry.
