Golden Tree Estates manage a flat that I let as a landlord. They offer an amazing service. They fully manage my property including sourcing tenants, rent collection, resolving any tenant and maintenance issues. They keep me right with all my legal requirements. They are thoroughly professional, but also supportive of my tenants' needs, having built a great, proactive relationship. Highly recommend.

Qualified, knowledgeable and supportive

Golden Tree Estates have been managing my Tillicoultry property for around six months. Following a full refurb, I handed the keys over to Giuseppe. He took amazing photos and advertised the property. Within 2 weeks, I had quality tenants move in. Golden Tree Estates are experienced and qualified. They checked my property was fully compliant. The provided advice and support. They genuinely care about me and my tenants. Highly recommended

This is how selling a property should be done. Can’t thank them enough and achieved more than quoted by other agents. We had an offer in within a few days. Guiseppe came out personally and advised a few ideas which I found very helpful. Will definitely use them again in the future.

As tenants we have had nothing but positive experiences with the team, when we were struggling to find a place to live they did everything they could to help us secure a property to rent. Fast to reply, always ready to help and quick with any maintenance issues.
