We've rented with Forth Residential for about 5 years in a property in Edinburgh. The agency is honestly a breath of fresh air - an excellent agency that takes pride in managing the property, looking after the tenants and is very responsive to any repairs needed. Over our tenancy, any issues were resolved and repairs were carried out in timely manner. Had no hassle in getting the deposit back Huge thanks to Catriona and Stewart, who were always friendly and excellent in their work. Only dealt with Joe during check-out, but he was also very friendly and quickly responded to emails. Thanks to everyone and we will definitely be looking to rent with Forth again in the future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Joe at Forth Residential was extremely helpful and proactive in resolving an issue with gate access for our tenants. He took the time to liaise with the factor, kept us informed throughout, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted quickly. Always courteous and a real pleasure to deal with, excellent service. I would highly recommend Forth Residential to other property investors looking for a reliable and professional letting agent.

I have used several property letting companies in the past but none have matched the service standards of Catriona and her team. Friendly, caring and very professional. I started using Forth Residential last year to look after one of my properties and from the outset they were very engaging - explaining details of how the process worked and what they could do for me. I have been extremely impressed by the level of professionalism shown. Nothing is too much of a problem. They are quick to respond and if there are any issues they deal with them in a prompt and efficient manner. As a landlord working overseas I feel very relaxed letting Forth Residential handle the property - secure in the knowledge that the tenants and the property are in good hands. Forth Residential are by far and away the best property letting agents I have dealt with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective landlords or tenants.

Catriona and the team at Forth Residential are second to none. They have been providing support for my rental in Edinburgh for many years. Within days they will market my property and have a new tenant signed up to take on the lease. They know all the latest legislation, have industry knowledge and expertise to make sure you are using the latest technology for leases, the best local trades people for repairs. I would highly recommend Forth Residential to any would-be landlords or tenants.

Forth Residential - excellent company

I contacted Forth Residential about managing lettings of a flat of mine in Dollar. Before we got it all sorted out I changed my mind and decided to sell the flat. They had already put time in viewing the flat and making recommendatiosn but waived any fee when I changed plans. Throughout they were really helpful and I want to recommend them to any landlords in the area.

We were put in touch with Catriona and Stewart last year after becoming 'accidental landlords' for our previous home in Edinburgh. They were very flexible to our situation and identified some lovely tenants who I hope will be staying put for the foreseeable future. Maintenance issues are dealt with efficiently and we were provided a comprehensive report following the recent inspection. Completely satisfied and would recommend to both landlords and tenants.

Over a period of 3 years with Forth Residential I have found Catriona and Stewart's service to be exemplary, adding that extra touch that really only comes from smaller letting businesses.

Very happy with the service I received from Forth Residential. Catriona answer my overload of questions quickly and efficiently and I never felt like I was being a bother. Catriona arranged viewings quickly and offered feedback the same day. I am aware this is a small service but they really go out their way to ensure you get a quality service. Having used different letting agents in the past I would definitely highly recommend Forth Residential. CW

Although this letting agent expects very high standards of tenants' behaviour and the cleanliness of the property on departure, they provide an immaculate service in return. I have found Forth Residential to be professional, honest, swift to respond to urgent queries and genuinely concerned for the experience of the tenant. Their properties are reasonably priced and well maintained. I had not rented for nearly 30 years and dreaded having to do so on moving to Stirling, but Forth Residential made the process seamless. Any professionals looking to rent in the Stirling area are advised to contact them before any other agent.
