GoogleDebbie did a fantastic job selling our house, she arranged and oversaw all the viewings and kept us up to date on progress. The Property was sold in 1 week exactly. Along with the photographer who did a wonderful presentation, her attention to detail was second to none. Would highly recommend Debbie if you are either a buyer or seller. Thank you so much.

GoogleLack of communication throughout the whole process, was given a date & time for photographer to come and when they didn’t arrive I called up to find she forgot to book them. Had to ask for the sold sign to be put on the board outside my home. Would not use in future.

FacebookSelling with Debbie was a smooth process. Great service from start to finish. Always available, pretty much any time. Evenings, weekends- Able to fit around whatever your situation is. Would definitely recommend as SO helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Whole package with no hidden costs. She was able to calm our nerves and help us take the step to sell our property in Clark Street swiftly. Thanks for a great service.

She stepped in immediately, offered practical solutions, and handled everything with such calm efficiency that what could have been a major setback was resolved quickly. We always felt she was firmly on our side. Her marketing was outstanding, the photography and presentation really made our home shine, and viewings were arranged and managed seamlessly. Communication was always prompt, and no question ever felt too small. Thanks to Debbie’s expertise and dedication, our home sold quickly, and the whole experience was far smoother than we ever imagined. For anyone who hasn’t sold in years, or is nervous about the process, we can’t recommend Debbie Williams Homes highly enough.

GoogleOur review is from a buyers perspective. We viewed several properties marketed by DW Homes; the experience was consistently poor with the agent having very limited knowledge of the property - especially relevant given the prospect of spending a lot of money based on a 15 minute viewing. Our questions were met with guesses/assumptions which almost sunk the purchase/deal. Again, I think buyers deserve better when they are trying to assess the value of a property/offer. I would suggest a good degree of caution when dealing with this agent and advise any potential buyer to do a lot of their own 'homework' .

GoogleI was tempted to go with a larger estate agent when I was selling my house, but when I spoke with Debbie there was something about the way she handled my initial call and the information she gave me, which made her stand out from the other I spoke with so I decided to use her services... And I am so glad I did, the service was amazing, she controlled and managed all the viewings, the process was hassle free and she secured me an amazing deal for my house! Would recommend her services over all others!

GoogleDebbie helped us sell our home and I can't recommend her enough. She was brilliant. At one stage we had a buyer pull out and Debbie managed to get it back on the market and sold very quickly. It turned what could have been a very stressful experience in to a much simpler process. We always felt that Debbie was available when required, covered things we hadn't even considered, and kept everything moving and on track in a way that I don't think I'd have been confident on a chain estate agent doing. It was a very personal touch, and we're very grateful to Debbie for all the work she put in. I'll definitely pass her name on to anyone I know who is looking to sell.
