GoogleClyde were very helpful in both selling and buying. Their video presentations of our home was worth every penny and really brings the best out of the house. It also means you don’t get too many time wasters. Jenna was particularly helpful as she was always available to answer any question or for updates as we sought to buy and sell at the same time. Everything from the initial setup and advice on asking price to updates on viewings and, ultimately, when to go to a closing date ensured a smooth sale quicker than we expected. Every member of the team did a great job but particular thanks are due to Kirsten, Hayley and Dawn. Would have no hesitation in recommending Clyde in Stirling and would absolutely use them again.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Clyde Property, Stirling during Covid times which came with its challenges, however Julie, Roscoe & their excellent team stepped up to the mark & we sold within 10 days. The efficiency, knowledge, honesty and all round friendly service we received couldn’t have been better. Every piece of advice we received from Julie we adhered to which resulted in a great sale. We particularly loved the MyClyde app on our phone. This app gave us all viewers appointments, feedback on viewings & any correspondence from interested parties & also the staff could leave information too. Not that we are ever planning to move house again however if the situation arose we would definitely use them again. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clyde Property...
