Clyde created a superb video and pictures. There was a large turnover of viewers and my property sold within 10 days. Obviously a lot of people look at their site! The portal is extremely useful and the staff are knowledgeable and supportive.

The service offered by Julie Martin was fantastic and resulted in us using Clyde (in Bothwell and Morningside) to sell our respective properties. She was extremely attentive to ourselves and the seller throughout the process. We felt she understood our needs and her friendly manner made the whole process painless! GoogleJulie and the team are always available to answer questions and provide support, every person in the office dealt with things in a professional manner. We were returning clients, as we purchased our home through Clyde and were so impressed with them that we returned when we decided to sell our home. Their range of open hours, and out of hours contact, meant that no interest from buyers would be missed. Clyde are even open on a Sunday, and fitted in viewings wherever possible, including first thing on a Sunday morning. Many of the team are local, and their knowledge of the local area used to sell our home was excellent. I can't fault the professionalism with which our house sale has been dealt with from start to finish. At what can be a very stressful time the Clyde team did everything they could to support us through the process. We would highly recommend Clyde to anyone in the Bridge of Allan/wider Stirling area.

GoogleFirstly, whilst we appreciate this feedback is in reference to Clyde Property selling our property. We would like to take the opportunity to further demonstrate Clyde Property's commitment to their customers. When a sale 'fell through' they contacted us to ask if we were till interested. The result is we got a second opportunity. Following that Clyde arranged for a valuation of our property the following day, we received a full explanation of the services they offered and the potential cost involved. We agreed to proceed. Within a week our house was on the market. They arranged for the surveyor to get in touch with us, their photographer did a magnificent job, producing stills, video & drone footage, which showcased our home. By the following week our house is under offer. Throughout all of this we benefited the full support of the Clyde Property staff. Always kept informed always on hand for advice. We would highly recommend Clyde property they are friendly, efficient and the consummate professionals.

If you are a landlord considering using Clyde, please read this and then decide if you want an unauthorised occupancy, deliberately damaged and mis-managed and for which you are paying for this privilege. We were bought over by the agent on the understanding it would be managed very well and strictly within the tenancy agreement and would have two monthly inspections with all issues addressed and rectified. Unfortunately for us, this has not been the case. We have had extra beds, many suitcases and toothbrushes added, together with a fridge, for which theinspection agent happily took photographs of., when they did get access. They did not ever ask the question as to why these were installed into our property when the lease was for one person. Questions were raised on our side and nothing was done as the defence was if the tenant doesn’t want us in the property, they can refuse access. Why do they sell their services as being the only agent to carry out so many inspections and try to justify their fee in this way?We continually asked that they discuss the issues with the named tenancy agreement tenant only, however they still discussed with another family member living there instead who was not named. If there is an unauthorised occupancy, of course they are going to refuse access to prevent inconveniencing themselves moving beds, items and people around. Clyde were always happy to email to relay back any issues and as legitimate and legislatively conscientious landlords, we tried to rectify all issues notified. However as time went on, we could not get access to inspect and repair concerns and have ultimately served notice on the tenant to quit. Here is where we would say Clyde has discharged their liability acting as our agent. They have acknowledged the issues and agree the tenant has failed to adhere to their tenancy agreement and the extra beds etc now in place show the tenant has sublet, but their stance is such as the tenant is leaving, they feel that’s the way to handle the situation and sit back. In the meantime, we are getting more and more issues of repair that are being caused by the tenant and those now residing in the property. Clyde were told on numerous occasions when workmen were in the property, strangers were coming out of the shower and entering the living room whereby they were told they could not access and all doors were closed on them. Issues were found on the home report and not disclosed by the tenant and Clyde have told us just to fix them ourselves as they are frugal, despite being on the home report and not caused by a repairing standard issue. Any other emails that have been sent over time are cherry picked if they get responded to and often get ignored whereby you have to chase them up....good customer service, we think not.We have been put under undue stress by Clyde and after now complaining to the owner he refutes our claim that our complaint does not meet customer service expectations, therefore we feel it’s time to stop lining his pockets when he doesn’t appreciate what good customer service really is. Part of the service for their fee is to manage the property and to inspect it accordingly to ensure it meets the tenancy agreement and for which all landlords put their trust in agencies to adhere to. Clyde have fallen short in their service agreement with our property and we would certainly not recommend anyone uses their services and find an agency who ultimately represents you and ensures you can gain access to maintain the property meets the repairing standard and does not jeopardise your reputation as a landlord by allowing an unauthorised occupancy, then stating if a tenant doesn’t want them or us entering the property, they have rights to do so. We acknowledge and empathise that tenants have rights, however a as landlord, we have rights to inspect and maintain our property too, but have not been able to gain access at all. They have failed to live up to their reputation and represent the landlord and we have felt that we have had no option but to review them and to escalate this complaint higher to the relevant agencies.

GoogleThanks to Julie, Branch Manager and her combination of professionalism and personal attention we were pleased we chose Clyde as the estate agents for the sale of our house. Also like to make special mention of viewing agents, Louise and Ken who similarly provided a high standard of service. We did experience some minor but frustrating issues with Clyde's communication and coordination issues, but found staff to be responsive when they were made aware of this. We are therefore happy to recommend Clyde as estate agents for the Stirling area.

Julie and her staff were always polite , courteous and helpful both on the phone and at the property. All messages were answered promptly and we were grateful for the extra negotiations she did on our behalf with her clients. Ken was very helpful and his advice was good as he was knowledgeable about the area . He helped to make the viewing relaxing as he was unhurried. We loved the property on first sight and Clyde helped us achieve our dream.

GoogleClyde Property Stirling turned what is meant to be the most stress situation in life, into an easy transaction. From the moment I contacted them regarding selling our apartment both Oliver Paul and Julie Martin were professional and efficient. They responded to emails sent late at night and even when they were on holiday. Julie put our house on the market on the Monday and she had sold it 4 days later. We are absolutely delighted, cannot recommend them highly enough.

Outstanding service from the wonderful Greg Wilkinson and Kay Blair and their excellent team at the Clarkston Branch. I can honestly say using Clyde has been the least stressful experience I have ever had of offering on and selling our property. The Clarkston branch helped to sell our property in just over a week, after we found our perfect property to move to. At every stage they provided first class service and went above and beyond expectation to help smooth the process. I would highly recommend Greg Wilkinson, Kay Blair and their team. I would use Clyde again without hesitation. Thank you to all the team, including the person that filmed our home (apologies I didn't catch his name) who was friendly, professional and did a terrific job showcasing our home.

GoogleWe tried Purple Bricks thinking (and being assured) that it would sell quickly, but in the 8 months or so that it was on the market, only had 4 viewers. Julie Martin from Clyde Properties came along and injected all her energy and expertise into getting the interest going, and a few weeks later, together with the enthusiastic input from her great team, the house has been sold to a lovely young family, which is what the house needs. Can't thank Julie and the whole team enough for making it happen xx

It was difficult giving a rating for Clyde Property Hamilton. They make you give them at least 1 star which is an absolute exaggeration of their ability to do absolutely anything professionally or proactively. The so called area director Liam Morrison did nothing but tell lies regarding the services they could provide which later came to light when trying to sell my property. The negotiator and branch manager Chloe Ferrier was also another lie of from Liam Morrison as he clearly explained that she would make the process smooth and would be proactive in order to have the property sold. She ignored my calls forweeks and did not have the property advertised correctly for weeks even after I pointed out the variety of errors that were posted online in the advertisement along with the poor quality of photographs again taken from Liam Morrison. After the comedy of errors and complete lack of professionalism I decided to go with another agency. My property was sold within just 2 weeks or marketing. I can not explain to you how much you should avoid this company when selling your property. It is one of the biggest assets in your life and leaving it in the hands of these two will surely see the process end in a complete shambles.

GoogleMost horrific experience of my life dealing with this agency. Have bought and sold a few houses over the years and I have never been treated so badly when trying to purchase a property. Unanswered phone calls and emails. Offers we put in on properties were given no feedback and we were made to feel like our offers (substantially above asking price) were not good enough. Comments were always made to this nature. Instead of house buying being an enjoyable experience, the manager at Clyde made it horrific and made me physically ill with stress. It seems they are not much better to clients. selling properties after speaking to some vendors. Hopefully online estate agencies will give these rude people a run for their money. Sold our property through House Simple and it was stress free!
