Not even worth one star. Complete lack of professionalism. Failure to communicate. Don't give full picture of property, estate agent accompanying viewer badly briefed, not very bright, lacking in manners and knowledge. An amateurish and disrespectful agency wasting buyers' time and energy. Avoid this agency at all costs.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Jenna for the majority of our sale/purchase, and she was always at the other end of the phone when we needed support.
