GoogleAs a first-time homebuyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Laura made the whole process so much easier. She explained everything clearly, guided me through each step, and was always available to answer my questions. Her professionalism and support gave me real peace of mind, and I felt confident knowing she was looking out for my best interests. I’m so grateful for Laura’s help and would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home, especially for the first time.

Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I dealt with Laura at this company and I really couldn’t fault anything as part of her remit. I had never had to sell a house and when i initially called her to be honest the presentation she gave won me over. I dealt with her and only her as she promised. Her communication was excellent and consistent. I had to meet her in person several times, and I feel she really explained everything well and in plain English as I had wished for. I had some issues with the estate agent and she did try to help. I feel that Laura was extremely professional and though the selling part was stressful she did make the legal side much easier. I would highly recommend Laura and this company as it was affordable, I felt I got a service valuable to what I had paid for and excellent customer care, I also found her to be very empathetic and helpful in every way and extremely knowledgeable and understanding.

What should have been a stressful ocassion was handled expertly by Suzanne who put us at ease throughout and dealt with all matters diligently. FacebookContacted B&H to arrange my father’s POA following a recommendation from a friend. Service & communication were outstanding, start to finish. Very accommodating regarding appointments as I work similar hours, which took a lot of pressure off. The main feedback undoubtedly goes to Sophie. Super patient with my wee dad (who can be frustrating to some people) and never made us feel rushed or a bother in any way. Explained things clearly in a way he would understand and humanised the whole process. Absolute angel at a difficult time for our family ⭐️
