My experience with Osborn Frankling was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Ben was so easy to talk to and made what is a stressful process much easier. He is realistic and honest and he really went above and beyond with his customer service. The WhatsApp group made communication really easy and e-mails were always responded to really quickly. I switched to Ben after unfortunately not having much luck with another agent and I am so glad I did. Ben works really hard and this was truly evident in the effort he put in to the sale progression. This is also true of Janet who also was wonderful in the process. I must also mention Ella who is also so lovely and easy to talk to. As an office it’s welcoming to walk in to and I felt like a valued customer. I highly recommend Ben and his team at Osborn Frankling, the experience was truly excellent from valuation to completion.

Ben and his team of Janet & Ella provided a personal and professional service selling our house. They were very enthusiastic about the sale of our property from the start of the process to the end. We had a number of hiccups along the way and the communication was always professional whether it was bad or good news. Towards the end of the process Ben was very focused on getting the sale over the line. He regularly chased other people in the chain, their agents and solicitors, and communicated updates to us. We received the most friendly and engaging reception in Osborn Frankling Estate agents with immediate response and this is why we chose them. This decision on first impression proved correct from the outset. We were offered competitive rates and Ben, the proprietor, provided us with a first class service. Ben and his team were proactive in all aspects of the arduous process of selling and were extremely efficient in arranging an Open Viewing day and following up with a list of interested parties. We felt comfortable with seeking Ben’s advice in matters such as choosing solicitors, removal companies and dealing with prospective buyers. We achieved our aim with Ben Frankling and sold within 3 months. We would highly recommend Osborn Frankling and would be happy to use their services again.

Independant, honest, fair and supportive approach

I sold my property back in April 24 through Ben after experiencing his honest and straight approach previously, when buying the same property. After my partner had died, I wanted someone who I could trust, having dealt with Ben I went through him. Both Ben and Janet made what was an emotional and tender time much easier to deal with, being supportive, keeping me up to date, and being able to chat about the process when things got a little stressful.
