We recently bought our first home through Welcome Home Ayrshire, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Linda and Fiona were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They were incredibly supportive, patient, and understanding during what turned out to be a stressful time for us. We had some difficulties with our lawyers which meant the purchase had to be put on hold for around 2.5 months, but Linda and Fiona were always reassuring and kept supporting us the whole way through. Today we were supposed to collect our keys, but due to train cancellations we were delayed. When we explained the situation, they were more than happy to wait for us even after working hours, which we truly appreciated. Thank you both for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. You made our first home-buying experience so much smoother, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything you did for us. 😊🎉

Welcome Homes Ayrshire are THE best estate agents in the UK. My husband and I have moved a number of times and experienced some great support in the past, however, the support from Laura & her team have been outstanding. I had followed the team on Facebook for a few months as I had seen some of their properties shared on FB. We decided to get a valuation for our home and Laura was phenomenal, she was so professional yet approachable and made us feel so looked after. She gave us some great feedback on the house, left us with a quote and valuation so we were in control, even though we knew immediately we wanted her to sell our home. She took stunning photos and the online advertising was outstanding. We were kept up to date through the process by Laura and Linda, who are both so friendly. We saw a few houses to buy but nothing ticked the boxes. Laura asked what we valued most in a home and took our requirement and found us our forever home, we fell in love immediately! Would highly recommend Welcome homes if you're going to sell your home. Laura was highly profesional from the initial call and the girls in the office kept you updated with viewings etc and were great with any questions I had after the house went live. One major selling point for Welcome homes is they only send viewers who have mortgages in place or sold their previous home which cuts out the time wasters. My house went live on the Friday and was sold by the following Wednesday and I believe it was the caliber of viewers they were sending that sold the property quickly. I have no words for how amazing Welcome Homes are! Laura guided me through the whole process from buying a home to selling my own. Answered calls/messages outwith office hours nothing was too much trouble. The team organised a speedy valuation on our property allowing us to place an accepted offer on our new home. Myself and my partner have just bought our first home using welcome homes and they made the full experience so much easier!
