Thank you to Wrights Stevenage! We recently sold my flat, and from the very first conversation with Wrights, all the way through to completion yesterday, Wrights were excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Linzi managed to get us full asking price after only one viewing, which is incredible! The vendor we were buying from up the chain was very demanding, wanting a short turn around and Megan, Linzi and Natalie were all fantastic in chasing my buyer and his solicitor for things, communicating with our vendor and keeping the process moving. For this we are very grateful. I would have no hesitations in recommending Wrights to people looking to move in or around Stevenage. Thank you, Graham and Claire

Well what can I say. I bought a property through Wrights last year and I have just sold a property through them this week. Outstanding service, very punctual, always willing to go the extra mile for me. I would Highly recommend Wrights Of Stevenage . They sold my house with in a few days and had 2 offers on the 1st 2 appointments. Dont get suckered into Estate agents trying to charge you for professional pictures. Wrights included this and I was very happy with the way the photos showed my house. I was also very happy with the description they wrote on my property . Thank you Linzi, Gerry and Joanne. Would leave zero stars if I could, what a weird weird place. Unbelievably rude staff and a waste of time. Went to view a property, half of it you couldn't even access and when questioned they just said they didn't know, and you could maybe find out post putting an offer in. All a very weird experience to deal with, would avoid if possible.

Natalie and the team at Wrights are an absolute pleasure to deal with, extremely polite and so very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Wrights very kindly provided sponsorship for our Summer Fair, they attended on the day to give out balloons and Bruce the Bear came along for the outing too, which the children (and staff) were thrilled with. On a personal note, I'd have no hesitation in approaching Wrights to purchase/sell a property, I'd have every confidence in them providing a fantastic service.

Think twice before letting your property out with this agent, they are absolutely useless. They have no communication between each other and also the tenants they find, they do not do enough research on. When there's an issue, they will pass the buck to one another. Paid a full management fee but felt like i was the person managing. I'm finally glad that i've got rid of them, don't even put yourself through it. I won't mention any names but i'm sure the people that are reading this, know who they are!

Amazing support and advice in the early stages to find the perfectly matched buyer for our bespoke self build. Always someone there to advise thanks to team Jerry, Linzi and Joanne. Nothing too much trouble. Jerry checked on progress and rescued fence panels after a storm. Linzi there to keep you calm as exchange date agreed. Argumentative and Unprofessional

Re: Hatfield branch. For months when living in a property, the shower wasn't working properly due to extremely low pressures. Upon complaining, they argued with me that the previous tenants hadn't complained and that they had thick hair so there shouldn't be a problem. Months later, after contacting one of the 4 tenants who never communicated that Wright's would be showing new people around the property, I came home noticing my door (that I always locked) had been unlocked. So upon touring the students round, when showing them the bathroom, someone could have gone in my room and stolen things as I hadn't tidied or hidden anything. I felt so embarrassed at the state of my room, as I would have otherwise cleaned it. We then got an email complaining at the state of the rooms as well as the smell in the property. I emailed back saying that we couldn't wash properly, and one of my housemates was working with fibreglass and hazardous materials so needed to wash properly, but couldn't. It took weeks of complaining and my family had to call up in the end, for them to actually let the landlord know. It was constant backchat, so they didn't have to tell the landlords anything, so they could keep the landlord's custom.

After a week of house searching we met the sales manager at Wrights in Stevenage, Linzi, during the first days of September. One month later we got they keys to our home. Needless to say we are extremely happy with her service. She listened, gave amazing advice and kept her word. We cannot recommend this agency enough if you want to buy in Stevenage!

Shocking… Wrights have left a fire alarm going off in one of their vacant apartments for 3 days. This is having an impact on neighbours who are unable to sleep with the echoing noise. I have contacted wrights on numerous occasions who have shown no care towards neighbours and still are yet to rectify the issue. Another night sleeping on the sofa….

I should like to say a big "Thank you" to the whole team at Wrights, Stevenage, following the sale of my parents’ former home. Their guidance and support during what has been a fairly stressful period has been exemplary, from the initial valuation, and the quality of their marketing material, through multiple viewings (always providing timely feedback) to securing an early full-price offer. Thereafter they continued to monitor progress of the legal formalities, keeping communication channels open at all times. Going one step further, appreciating my geographical distance from the actual property, the Wrights team undertook regular checking of the house to provide me with reassurance, something which was very much appreciated. I would not wish to single out particular individuals, a sentiment I am sure they would echo, given that they operate seamlessly as a professional team. Each and every one of them is a credit to the company. They know their stuff, they get results and they are jolly nice people to deal with, Well done all at Wrights, Stevenage!

The worst agents. You've been warned!

The worst agents I have ever encountered in my 16 years of letting and buying history. Never fixed the problem I have reported during my tenancy and at the end of tenancy footing the bill on me even though me and my wife spend 3 days in cleaning and clearing the property. Truly deplorable. No work ethics.

As first time buyers, we didn't really know what we were doing and Sam helped us every step of the way.
