GoogleSuch an unethical bunch. Lie that property is let if they simply don’t like the sound of u as a client. Book appointments then cancel with short notice. A house I was told was already let remained on the market - they didn’t even bother letting me view just from the sound of my name. Affordability was never an issue but they didn’t even let me get to referencing stage. And I was dealing with women! Their loss. I’ll take my hard earned cash elsewhere, after all I know what it’s like as a landlord myself.

Hi Jiselle, I think you must have us confused with a different agent. We don't have your name on our books, we do not advertise properties that are unavailable, we only ever cancel appointments if the property has been let and we never judge people on any criteria, let alone a name. I'd be grateful if you could therefore remove this review and post it against the Agent who gave you the bad experience. Thank you.

GoogleThey are in charge of Salt Hill Mansions flats in Slough. There is rubbish everywhere and now our streets is infested with rats!! They do NOT reply to emails from the council or us!! Do NOT go with this company!!! ( unless you want unhelpful staff and rats!! Very happy to supply photos!!

I’m sorry but this is utterly untrue, all rent received is paid within 48 hours and we don’t ‘drop’ our clients, we support them if there are issues (which are extremely rare due to the care we take in selecting tenants). We are ARLA licensed and qualified and I suspect that you have also posted against the wrong company. We are based in Hertfordshire
and have no links whatsoever with the other agencies who share a similar name.

GoogleDeserves no stars, rented a property for a year and a half, left with no hot water and heating and was ignored for over a week, making up false claims to not give me my deposit back, made me pay my first months rent even though the property was not ready for me to move in and I had to wait 2 days before gaining entry, I would AVOID at all costs, terrible at their job.

GoogleWould not recommend this letting agent to go with the property. They can put some false claims on you that this is broken , you have not done the cleaning even though we shared the receipts. They will find a way to deduct as much amount as possible.

I wish I could give 0 Stars! The communication at the start was very good but obviously that's because they want you as a customer. Once the contracts were signed though, they disappeared. I kept chasing them about issues with the property, electricity provider and where I can get a meter reading, problems with the toilet etc. but no I had to sort it out myself. After ending the tenancy they took money out of our deposit to pay the electric and gas bills that we NEVER saw! and they didn't even provide proof of those bills and our consumption so they could have made the entire thing up! DISGRACEFUL!

YellIncredibly rude and poor customer service!
I just rang up to enquire about two of the rental properties and unfortunately spoke to an incredibly rude woman who, without me even saying which properties I wanted to see retorted, 'first of all we don't accept dogs and 2nd they have already gone.' A word of advice Mint, if you do not want people ringing up about your properties them make sure you take them off Rightmove. Also if you DO want people ringing up about your properties perhaps be a little friendlier?! Or is that asking too much? Absolutely abysmal customer service!

We rented a property with them and absolutely nothing was reported to the landlord. It would’ve been better for everyone if we had of rented directly with the landlord and cut out this dodgy middle person service. The director is impossible to get hold of and so is the one person she employs. Please listen to my advice with this extremely out of touch and slippery agent.

From my and other people’s experiences of mint. They do not manage the properties correctly. They do not carry out maintenance correctly or in a timely manner. They clearly are not good agents even though they advertise with all the whistles and bells. It’s just a load of hot air. The director and her sidekick are just useless.
