GoogleWhat a dream it was working with the Andrew Milsom Team - especially Mo! She was on the ball, friendly, and all around such a lovely person to deal with. Even when things took a little longer, she chased things up, was very responsive to emails and remained empathetic throughout - Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but Mo understood this and truly took the stress out of the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you!

GoogleWorking with Mo and Nick in the Cookham branch of Andrew Milsom was nothing short of great. Not once did we ever feel over-sold too when viewing properties and they clearly knew the properties they represent, well. We ended up viewing the house we purchased on at least 3 occasions before we made an offer, and twice following our offer being accepted (so we could plan how we wanted to do things before moving in). They were always so accommodating for every viewing we had and never made us feel like we were a nuisance. Always very open with any communications from the seller to the solicitors, which helped us get the sale completed in the shortest time possible, which for us, is exactly the experience you want when working with an estate agent, and feel the experience they provided is limited in todays world. Buying or selling (I have experience with the team at Andrew Milsom on both sides), they are the only estate agents I would work with and recommend.

GoogleGemma was fantastic throughout the whole process. Completely different experience to your ‘traditional’ estate agents, came well prepared with all the right documents and answered all of my questions on my initial visit to the property and further visits. Gemma was also on the ball throughout the whole process ensuring everything was on track for the completion date without being pushy, as a result we managed to complete quickly without any real hiccups. Also thank you to Nick who was very efficient post purchase on some questions we had for the previous vendor, overall great experience and would highly recommend Gemma and Nick.

GoogleNick and Gemma were great from start to finish in the process of us buying our house in Cookham! Gemma showed us round the property at the start and was very knowledgeable about the property itself and surrounding area. Gemma then made our communication with the vendor super easy and the negotiations were very smooth. Once things were moving and a sale had been agreed, Gemma was extremely proactive in terms of keeping everyone up to date and even chasing solicitors for a response. Once we had finally exchanged contracts, Gemma took the time out of her day to let me into the house again to measure up for some furniture which allowed us to move in on completion day without any hiccups. Overall, a very good experience with the lovely people at Andrew Milsom Cookham. I’d highly recommend! 🙂

Gemma looked after our sale and although it took almost a year and multiple buyers to get the sale across the line due to various problems with the property surveys, she persevered and went completely above and beyond what would be expected to help us. She helped to arrange contractors, quotes, surveys and her communication was fantastic throughout and all for a very competitive rate too.
