We sold our property through Fine and Country, the process was as smooth as it could be, we feel that the valuation was fair and appropriate to the current housing market. The only minor criticism is that there was a delay in photographs being taken but they were well worth waiting for. The agent dealing with our sale (shout out to Sue) ensured that any difficulties/challenges were resolved and her communication with us was excellent throughout.

Yes, they're slightly more expensive than the local competition but you definitely get what you pay for with them. We had lots of offers on the house and we sold in less than six weeks in a difficult housing market. We could not have been more pleased with the service they provided.
