GoogleWe chose Radfords as they are a small, local company. We were rewarded with exemplary personal service. Due to external issues it turned out to be a tricky and stressful sale. However this was mitigated by the professional, friendly service we received from Radfords. It didn’t matter which member of the team emailed or left a message, whoever answered the phone or replied knew exactly what the situation was and how to help. When calling I never needed to say more than my name. The whole team have gone over and above to complete the sale of our family home.

We were mortified to read this review. We are a firm that has been established in the area for 40 years, all the other reviews are most favourable and we do pride ourselves on a personal service. We have now spoken with Robert and now understand what his issue was and taken steps to ensure the same thing does not occur again. The complaint relates to the viewing of a property which we then advised had been let to somebody else without us giving him the opportunity to come back to us and let us know if he was interested. We have apologized accordingly.
