We recently moved, after a long and very unlucky chain of events. This involved our sale falling through more than once. Although Dan was not our estate agent he was our main point of contact and advice as he was acting on behalf of the family whos house we were purchasing. He was calm when we'd had enough and he advised us when to re-list our house after removing it for Christmas as the chain has fallen apart again. We followed his advice and managed to get our house sold and moved into our new project several months after the start of it all. Without Dan Fuller we would have removed our house from the market and given up, but he kept us grounded and positive of the chances of getting the outcome we so wanted, his knowledge and professionalism were excellent. I was the first to enquire about a rental property and was assured I’d be the first to view it. Despite this, I was never contacted and had to chase multiple times over the course of three weeks. I was eventually informed that the property had been let to someone else, despite having offered to pay 12 months’ rent upfront. When that let fell through, we were finally given a viewing. We made it clear we wanted the property, but were then left in limbo for four more weeks while waiting for the landlord to make a decision. In the end, we never heard back. Overall, communication was extremely poor and the experience left us feeling frustrated and completely disregarded.

It has been over 40 years since we last moved home and coming from 40 miles away Nicholas Percival as an Estate Agency to buy a property through was entirely unknown to us.  We had personal knowledge of the Wakes Hall Lodges and the amazing concept they are which decided us the only new home for us had to be Wakes Colne nothing else would do. We registered our interest in a brand new redevelopment and met Rob Twitchett almost a year ago for the very first time.  He has been the epitome of efficiency and we will always be grateful for his professionalism and dedication. In fact, Rob kept our selling estate agent (a National High Street one) and our solicitor on their toes.  His assistance no doubt completed our purchase 2 or 3 weeks sooner with his intervention ensuring they were on the ball.  During the course of the purchase we also dealt with other staff members and all displayed real professionalism with exceptional standard of service too. For a local agency it is far superior that the national chain one we used to sell. Should we need to move again, which we doubt, we would certainly use the services of Nicholas Percival for both sale and purchase.  We have been introduced to a part of Essex that we from south of the county, did not know existed.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
