FacebookPurchased our forever home from reeds this year and the service was second to none! We purchased through the height of interest rates and the team supported us through some hurdles. Glen and Emily were at the end of the phone offering their support and advice daily I really did enjoy my journey with them that much so I have kept in touch and sharing our updates of our home with them.

FacebookSold our house without problems,even helped us with our purchase through another estate agent. (Venture who were useless) Massive thanks to Emily and Chelsea. May not be the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for, thanks again ladies and Glenn 5 stars all round

FacebookWas misled multiple times regarding the move in date due to their staff not communicating with one another. Assured that the back gate would be replaced and the human waste taken from the back yard before Christmas, which was not done. To be honest I would not trust this company with anything. They are incompetent and lie to you until they’ve got you signed in, and then it’s just “well all we can do is apologise”Do yourself a favour and look for another company to use as reeds rains is just dodgy!!!
Too add to this:Had contact from reeds rains stating that, despite their firm assurances before moving in, they are unable to provide me a specific date as to when the back gate will be fixed. Also have been told the landlord would be in touch regarding them giving the bin to someone else...which has also not happened. This seems to be the way in which reeds rains operates; promise whatever it takes to seal the deal, and then just apologise if they “gave the wrong impression” later. Suffice it to say the house purchase I’m looking to do in the next year will definitely not be done through this bunch of jokers.

FacebookPut an offer in mid April, with agreement would wait until July. No communication at all. Pulled out beginning of September and still getting calls asking if I’m interested. Pity they didn’t communicate when were waiting. Have now moved into another house. Number blocked please do not contact me again. Useless!!!
