I have just sold and purchased houses through Clubleys. There are reasons I chose them. They are local to the area, I can call in, discuss, decide and benefit from face to face contact. Fewer messages left and a more personal service. They were the most reasonably priced of the agents whose boards I saw. I'm my case a fixed fee about 20% below another quote I obtained for the sale. Patient, no pressure to lower price, no valuation high to get business then advising to drop prices. Most of all though I chose them for their attentivness to both my sale and purchase. Getting updates from solicitors and not letting things lie. A big thank you to Mike, Hazel and Daniella, I hope you think this review does you justice, it's been a pleasure.

Clubleys were the agent selling our house in Stamford Bridge when we originally moved to the village, from the start we found the team lovely and great to deal with. Over the years Mike has happily given us guidance on house prices and has valued our property a couple of times following renovations. Naturally, we chose Clubleys to sell with recently when we moved locations. The rate was also very competitive. Mike, Hazel and Daniella were incredible through a very turbulent process. They helped us re-sell twice when the chain fell through and somehow cling onto our onward purchase. They were professional, supportive and really invested in the end result with us. I totally agree with the other person who also posted about Mike giving 5 stars. After having used two incompetent estate agencies in Pocklington, this time seems to be third time lucky. In very efficient friendly timely manner Mike has been so great arranging absolutely everything for me/my tenant without any complaint like previous estate agent office manager did. Leave everything to Mike, he would sort everything for you and your tenant. Since Mike took over from the previous agent, I have been in totally different world!!! So glad I changed to Clubleys. He already found me new tenant (a couple) who is moving into my letting property in a couple of weeks.
