GoogleIt was almost 15 years since I had rented my last property and had almost forgotten what was required of me. I needn't have worried because Hunters did it all for me. From me first viewing the property to signing the agreement was under three weeks. Each time I sent an email it was answered within minutes. Really impressive. I can't fault them - they were great and would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleTo All property sellers Recently I have invited Hunters Estate agent to valuate my property to put in the market for sale. they have send their valuator next day itself, he hardly spent 2 minutes in the property and send me the valuation amount well below the market value( less than £50000 other agencies valued). being a landlord, my gut feeling ,he was just trying to source the property below market value to some investors. that was the reason he undervalued the property that much. just make sure you get few agencies value your home before any final decision

GoogleNo emergency number over the Christmas period, and one of their properties, next door to us, alarms going off continuously. Police called and matter resolved. They do rent some of their properties to very strange people.
The property in question was an empty, the MD visited the house to deal with this, the alarm had stopped and the situation had been dealt with. if we can help you further please feel free to give us a ring. Many thanks.

GoogleApproached Hunters to discuss potential rental property. Initial conversation/confirmation was very easy. Viewed the property within 24hrs, we were met in a timely manner, shown around. We then agreed to take the property within 24hrs, the documents have been prepared in advance and we have been kept up to date throughout. Sounds simple but we have very little experience in the rental market and the demands and needs, all made very simple :-)
