Great service from Minors and Brady, in particular the after sales service. We were looked after by Nagilla extremely well. Very communicative and responsive, she couldn't do enough to get our purchase over the line. Thank you so much.

My review is about Melonie, the agent that showed us a few properties last week. She was very kind and very proactive. After viewing the properties she contacted us once again, sending us the links of other ptoperties for us to consider around our budget. 5 stars for Melonie :)

Was shown round the property by Emily Bygrave, absolutely wonderful throughout. Knew the local area which helps me to make an informed decision later on and a lovely smile throughout. As much as the house/area is important, having someone that is essentially the face of the sale is vital. A real credit to her team !

YellGreat Customer Service
Viewed a flat recently on the Riverside development in Norwich. The property consultant was Amber Rackham. She was lovely to deal with, having a positive and helpful disposition yet not at all pushy. If this is a typical example of Minors and Brady’s business practice then they seem to be hitting the nail on the head as far as customer service is concerned!

From Joe doing the initial valuation, Ben and Konnie doing viewings, to Caitlin and Chloe in the aftersales team, all of them have been helpful and professional, dealing with enquiries promptly and also keeping me updated where appropriate! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this team to sell your house for you!!!PositiveProfessionalism

TrustpilotProperty viewing in Norwich
We were shown around a property in Norwich by James Hodgson, who was excellent. He was friendly, personable, and (unlike some estate agent reps) had a good knowledge of the property and the current owners.
