We have used Reeds Rains in a Bamber Bridge to manage one of our properties in the town and have found the service they provide to be very professional and efficient. They respond quickly to help take the pressure off the landlord when issues arise and make it a stress free process. I have just placed another property with their Chorley branch as opposed to trying to manage it myself as it takes all the work out of it.

RR blow the myth that most estate agents are hapless out of the water! The company culture is remarkable, truly putting the client's needs first and above their own. At the Didsbury branch Connor took the initiative to refer my query to David who sought additional advice from Peter. As a great team they swifly helped me to a happy conclusion on my house sale - despite my not being their client. I am so grateful.

Liars telling me i have to pay 1 months rent and deposit, payed it then when i was moved in they said oh no sorry you dont get your holding deposit back because your short on your deposit by exactly what i paid for a holding deposit. Nathan you sly little boy, shame on you.

Absolutely appalling service. Our tenants recommended by reeds rains ransacked our home, didn’t pay rent, utilities for a year and cleverly avoided eviction. All this supported by reeds rains Preston. Don’t know how they can sleep at night.

Thank you to all the Bamber Bridge staff for the excellent service provided by the lettings team over 13 years of renting and the Sales team for their team work and professional delivery in the sale of my property. When the pressure was on, they delivered and performed a great service. Helen especially in the rental and Alison in Sales, have both personally ensured that the pressure remained on the rental and sale ensuring completion of the property sale. Hull office has no idea how to manage the chain. Our purchase took twice as long as we expected and throughout we were in an information vacuum. Reeds Rains did not know enough about what was happening further up the chain and didn't attempt to find out. In the end we went over their heads and spoke to the next agent along, who did not have to speak to us at all but was far more knowledgeable and communicative.

The st.Helens. branch This agencie is so well organised and will explain to you everything u need to know when trying to rent a house they have spot on knowledge of the area and are super helpful when looking for a house. The agent that helped me with everything was eleanor smith she helped me find a house after i told her about our struggle finding one that allowed us to have our dogs and we manged to find and secure one within the same week such an amazing agent.

We recently bought our first house that was marketed by Reeds Rains St Helens, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Jane Kerrigan in particular was fantastic, and responded to all our enquiries very quickly, and was great at dealing with the solicitors and speeding things along. We will definitely be using them again in the future, and would advise anyone else to do so also!

If I could give it a zero I would Property management on fully managed let USELESS…… save your money Go to a company which actually manages a property The list is endless …… inspections not carried out properly, rent increases not done, no action taken for 6 months on a child safety issue , damage in property not investigated, emails not responded to …. Reeds Rains - Ilford, Cranbrook roadExtremely unpleasant to deal with. I had been calling every single day for a week regarding a rental property advertised to be told someone will call back. However no one ever did. I called yesterday complaining to Bernard, the branch manager emphasising the lack of customer service. He also told me he will call me back. To no surprise i did not get a call back. Called in to find more excuses and then was being told what and how to leave a review. I stated i wanted to complain and i was told to send the complain to the person i would be filing the complaint against! LoL! I have never come across such a counter intuitive demand before. DO NOT use these guys. They have such a disgusting attitude. Anyone wanting to rent out their property, do NOT use them. They do not care about whether your property needs to be rented out or not. This could very well have been a happy landlord whose property has been rented. However it is not the case due to this embarassing property agents and the manner in which they deal with customers. I will be taking this further to HR or MD. I am leaving review on every platform to raise awareness. Stay well away from these guys!
