TrustpilotWe recently had a great experience…
We recently had a great experience purchasing our new home with the ladies at the Bamber Bridge branch. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, and made every effort to ensure the purchase moved quickly and smoothly. Alison and Donna in particular were fabulous, and the lady who showed us around the property (who's name unfortunately escapes me) was also lovely to deal with. The ladies here are obviously very caring and passionate about their roles, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I might also add that Donna in particular deserves a 'shout out' as although she does not appear to be as visible and front of house as the other ladies, she was the one who put in the majority of the groundwork, and ensured that any concerns were quckly dealt with/resolved, and all the legal arrangements and requirements were completed at the speed of light. Fantastic people to deal with, and as mentioned previously, I could not recommend highly enough. A big thank you to everyone involved.

TrustpilotShambolic excuse for an agent
Shambolic excuse for an agent. Don’t understand why anyone uses them. Fail to return deposits within legislated time period always excuses staff on holiday or sick. Just speak B/S when called all about keeping money in the bank.

TrustpilotREEDS RAINS MACCLESFIELD BRANCH
In the last six months, I have rented and sold a property through Reeds Rains in Macclesfield and I feel that they are the best agent in the area bar none! They are proactive, highly proficient, friendly and will go the extra mile to provide the best service. Special mention must go to James, Zoe, Jaya and Sue who form the excellent sales team who have gone the extra mile to get the best price possible for my property - giving regular feedback and negotiating offers effectively. I would highly recommend the team to anybody looking to sell or rent property.

TrustpilotReeds Rains - St Helens TEN STARS🌟
Cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish I was completely looked after. Do not listen to other reviews do your research into the agent you use! Do not I repeat DO NOT be fooled with lower fees. You pay for what you get! I've had local agents trying to undervalue my house for tens of thousands of pounds cheaper because they will sell it to their mate or know an investor buying up all the property and wanted me to put it on low to get me a sale. not here. They work for you to get you the best price and offer the best customer service. I was updated regularly, and achieved OVER the asking price. Thank you for all your hard work. Ben ( on behalf of my mum and dad )

I was dealing with Northwich Branch but never again when people say don't trust estate agents they are right the staff at this branch are two faced they tell you yes we do this and the minute your out of the door they have stabbed you in the back.I do not recommend this branch and it's staff at all.

We had one or two earlier issues trying to get the fuse cupboard in our house fixed, but I don't think Reeds Rains can really be blamed for those - the lettings team by and large were easy to reach and did make an effort to reach out to us to check our issues were resolved. Unfortunately, it did take a fair few calls to finally get the cupboard fixed, as there seemed to be a lapse in communication somewhere between ourselves, Reeds Rains and the individual they were asking to come and carry out the repairs.Overall, good service, helpful staff, just requiring an occasional chase-up

TrustpilotAmazing service and staff at Reeds Rains Morley branch
My girlfriend and I met Niamh Titterington at a property we had arranged to view. She was prompt and immediately polite, approachable and knowledgeable, answering any questions/queries we had. The experience was made a happy and relaxed one, due to her friendly manner. Reeds Rains has been an excellent estate agents to deal with - so helpful and the best service we have had by far (and we’ve dealt with many over the years!). We thank you greatly, keep up the good work.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
