Over the last 5.5 years Reeds Rains Eccleshall have managed a tenancy agreement and then the sale of my property. The staff at the Eccleshall office have been outstanding, all of them. They have not only managed the daunting process professionally and reliably but they have supported me personally helping to explain the process and just being available to talk to when there arose situations I was just not familiar with. Property management/sales are not always straightforward for those who are not professionals and I can not recommend Eccleshall Reeds Rains enough for all the kindness, support and professionalism they have shown me. I chose Reed Rains as they are an established company in my area

I chose Reed Rains as they are an established estate agent within the area and felt they were best placed for the sale of my house and it proved to be the right choice. Communication throughout was constant and informative. The lines of communication were ideal as I dealt with the same person throughout. We was on the market with a competitor that we believed at the time to be the best estate agent in stafford due to how many signs we see and the reputation however our home sat dormant for months. home after home went by and we were feeling lost... until we went to see a house that Reeds were selling they called us for feedback on the house. which is where we ended up discussing options to sell via them when the contract ran out with the agent we was currently up with. After being on the market with them the team activity calling potential buyers we had someone look at the house within one week (who we went on to sell too) They were always helpful and compassionate throughout what would was a really stressful time, dealing with our multiple calls and having to chase solicitors multiple times a day. The effort that the team put in helped get us into our dream home and we honestly cannot thank them enough.

Unprofessional and unhelpful staff. We loved the property we inquired about, but the listing was not transparent hence why I think such a beauty property is still not rented yet and has even been reduced. There is no parking and it is unfurnished, though the listing will not state this. When called to ask, two agents could not point out to the written bit where it says it is unfurnished or furnished, with one condescending agent hanging up the phone.
