Awful service. Honestly, it sickens me that we had to pay them money. After informing them that the heating wasn't working November 2022, we went the whole winter without any heating (and we chased a lot - especially when it was sub-zero temperatures in December!). The heating was never fixed, and we moved out in June 2023. There was considerable damp in the property as we were unable to regulate the temperature and lived next to a river, which caused excessive mould, rotting window frames, and pressure cracks in the window glass. Despite informing them of this, when we tried to get our deposit back, we were charged for all this damage and were barely able to get a timely response from Knight Frank. It took over ten weeks to just get the schedule of proposed deductions, despite chasing multiple times, and 5 months to get the deposit back. We had to wait at least 2-3 weeks for every response. In the end, we were so exhausted and fed up with dealing with them, we agreed to pay for half the damage. If you want to pay above-market rate in agency fees, wait for weeks for them to acknowledge your emails, and then receive a response that doesn't actually address your concerns and is horribly patronising, then Knight Frank is the right agent for you!

I was looking to let out my apartment in November 23, and with another agent was not having much luck. I enlisted Knight Frank and Jamie Vass became a trusted advisor and found me a tenant in less than a week. I was astounded by his professionalism, guidance and compassion for a new landlord who practically had 0 clue what the whole process looked like. I know also how helpful he was to my tenant who was new to renting as well. He helped build a great working relationship with myself and my tenant which has flourished since everything was completed. I’m not sure how successful this would have all been wi th out him. Knight Frank has been fantastic in helping me purchase my first property! I have been in the market for a flat since May 2023, looking around Richmond, Twickenham, and Chiswick. Fairly early on, Nicole from Knight Frank Richmond showed me a place that I absolutely loved but I held out from making any decisions. Due to shifts within the Richmond office, my search was taken over by Isobel. The property I had seen earlier was no longer listed by Knight Frank but Isobel contacted the sellers immediately to set up another viewing. Isobel was incredibly helpful throughout the purchasing process, keeping me updated regularly as well as liaising with the solicitors and other external contractors. If I ever had questions or issues, she was always reachable and resolved everything promptly. All in all, I could not recommend Knight Frank highly enough. A massive thanks to Isobel in particular!
