Mike, or "the one with the hat," as I am referred to these days!! With many (too many to mention!) years of delivering outstanding customer service & sales. A passion and hobby, turned day job, for property. From the old and quirky, quaint bungalow, town house or even the modern light-flooding new builds, I could spend hours looking at their history and journey. Seriously geeky, I know! Rachel, my other half, has not quite as many years as me (she's a little more fresh faced - so she thinks!) but equally with sales and customer service background, now turned passionate HR professional. Her love for property comes from the story behind why we started. So why did we start this....because of our own personal experiences of the industry. Property, the biggest purchase of our life time, right? You wouldn't buy a car from a garage that didn't offer a test drive, or go on holiday to a resort that didn't clean the pool, would you? So, why stand for an average service when it comes to property? We have been the tenant with no heating, the landlord trying to get the heating fixed, the seller unsupported in a tricky sale and the buyer not contacted from offer to key collection. We know how to do it better, so don't stand for less! We care about your property journey & we mean really care, we will be by your side when things go wrong (because they do, and we cant stop that) as its about supporting "ewe" through it and raising a glass when you turn that key in your new front door, be it your next family home, stepping stone, or investment. Every client we have matters, don't believe us? Come, take a lucky dip into the 'story bowl', pull out one of our corks and we can tell you the name of the seller/landlord, the name of the buyer/tenant, the reason for the move and where they went. Together with our customers, we raise a glass to every completion, every cork has a story and we give it a happy ending! We'll be there for you every step of the way...

He knows the local market very well, always easy to get hold of, kept us updated regularly and always tried to get us the information we needed throughout the entire process . Would highly recommended to anyone selling in the Stafford area.

He's always gone above and beyond for us, working tirelessly to make everything as easy as possible. I just wish the other estate agents in the chain were half as good. GoogleOn viewing a property we where met by a very welcoming, professional estate agent Mike. He was able to provide all the information required and answered honestly to any questions and queries we had. Luckily we had an offer for the property accepted and he has continued to support us through the process. Although still ongoing we have only had a positive experience from Mike and Ewemove Estte Agents, Stafford.

GoogleMike was an asbsolute gem when my 80 year old mum recently moved house although she had a different agent (who she heard nothing from) EweMove helped her through every step from start to moving in, he was so supportive of all her concerns and questions, she couldn't have wished for any more. FacebookMike has been nothing short of a godsend whilst we have been selling our home. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we were experiencing issues with the vendors we purchased from, Mike went above and beyond and actually helped us deal with those issues too, even though he didn't have to. We didn't have to deal with viewings, everything was done in one open day, and even when the offer we initially accepted withdrew, he already had a back up plan which resulted in us actually recieving more for our property than the original offer. He's straight talking without legal jargon and breaks everything down that's needed. Even when I had an unexpected death to deal with during everything, he dealt with my tantrums and kept us much calmer. Had we not had his support, I doubt we would be in our new home now. To top it off he was amazing at involving our kids in the move, and they now proudly wear his keyring on their backpacks 👍 thanks again Mike for making it a smoother journey than it potentially could have been ! The Pryor's ❤️

FacebookMike at Ewe Move has been a fantastic estate agent acting as agent for our sale and also our purchase. The photos and video for our house were perfect. We were so happy that they reflected our house so well. The open house days were so well organised and Mike took the pressure off us by organising all of the show arounds. He has offered help and guidance where needed along the way including recommendations for removal firms who have also been brilliant! He is always at the end of the phone when needed and I would highly recommend contacting Mike if you need an estate agent.

GoogleMike was really great. We rang him at around 6 in the evening as we had just seen a property that we wanted to view. We were in the area at the time and he dropped everything to meet us at the property that same night. Highly recommended.

FacebookIn November 2021 we viewed a house listed by Ewe move estate agents in Stafford. After meeting Mike at the property, my wife and I really liked the property. A few hours after visiting the property Mike, phoned us and asked us if we were interested? which we were and put an offer in, on the condition that it was taken off the market, and any more viewings cancelled. Mike seamed extremely helpful and even set a WhatsApp group with him, my wife and myself. We then instructed our solicitor, and received the memorandum of sale from Mike. As we waited for the memorandum of sale for our property to be completed, little did we know Mike was still conducting viewings on the property. Mike assured us that everything was fine and that our offer was secure. When our memorandum of sale was sent to Ewe move, we asked if the house would now be marked as sold STC Mike messaged us and said "it sure will" . Later that day Mike phoned us and told us that the vendors had received another offer on the property, and if we wanted to continue the purchase we would have to up our offer. Annoyingly we increased our offer but was still outbid by another person. I understand that these things happen. The annoying part of this whole thing was that Mike reassured us during the whole process and kept telling us that our offer had been secured. Mike lied to us and in our opinion misled us during the whole process, continuing to conduct viewings on the property.
