Good house, awful aftercare.Bought a house and was mostly happy. One issue with the landscaping has since become a complete headache since it seems policy to avoid helping customers with any issues that aren't minor. Bit of advice- refuse to part with your cash until you are absolutely happy with the house. Once they have your money they suddenly don't care about you at all.

We bought a home from Charles Church on their Woodberry Heights site. The support and help we have recieved during and after the purchase from the sales team and site manager has been amazing. If we had the money to do it all again we would not hesitate in buying another home with Charles Church. The home is beautiful and the finish exceptional.

Moved into a new Charles Church home in Mascals Grange..the service since the start was great from the sales office to the on site team..we were especially pleased with Craig the senior site manager who ensured his team worked hard and had our property ready on time. Any issues and snags were dealt with promptly.

+ Nice houses, lots of space, site managers can be helpful- People who built the houses have the attention to detail of a blind chimpanzee. Appallingly slapdash with no quality control. Expect the customer to do their quality control. Quite good at fixing the snags but shockingly bad at building the houses with any degree of care

We brought a Charles Church house in The Ridings, Co Durham. Can’t speak highly enough about Sandy ( sales admin) who was on the ball at all times, helpful and very thorough. Love our house and any little snags were quickly sorted out by the team in Customer Care in Durham. Highly recommend the Charles Church team as professional and efficient. Thanks!!

It’s true what they say , once your moved in no one cares about any problems you may have from broken appliances to incorrect fittings to shoddy brickwork , the list goes on and on and literally no one cares ; priority building new houses as fast as they can, BEWARE before you invest in Charles church

Very poor buying process. Our reservation was abruptpy cancelled during the latter stages of the purchase, after significant outlay, after they failed to communicate between themselves (the site, their head office and their conveyancer) to update each other on progress made. An expensive experience and a crazy decision on their part.
