FacebookWhat can we say? First met Tom when he showed us around a house we were very interested in. Greeted us like friends, was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. Always helpful to deal with a genuine soul! Knowing we liked the property, and being booked up with viewings on an open day event, he quickly invited us back for a chat and second look. Needless to say we offered on the house.....it was viewed and offer accepted within 2 hours! Tom was straight onto his team to get things moving, keeping us informed each step of the way, he has totally put us at ease, and so glad we discovered his company. Highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to use Tom and his company in any other future sales or purchases. Well done Tom x

FacebookWe just completed selling our house with Russell from Sell Like New two weeks ago. It was the best experience ever - I hear a lot of people complain about estate agents but we clearly picked the best. From the first time I met him to value our house before Christmas through to our moving day two weeks ago he was always there for us. He always kept us up to date, followed up on the chain, liaised with the solicitors, etc and just overall did an outstanding job. I’ve seen the other side with the estate agents for the house we bought where we struggled to get any updates or get a hold of someone who knew what’s going on. I didn’t think there was such a big difference in estate agents but I’m so happy we went with Russell as it just made the whole process from valuation, viewings, offers, through to completion nice and stress free. They are the cheapest and most efficient estate agents I have ever come across. Russell sold property within a couple of days of it going on the market and with 4 in the chain, I can’t believe we completed within 2 months.
