Chloe was patient and took the time to explain the renting situation in Cornwall and what would happen. This was very useful as we have not rented in more that 25 years and are from a different part of the country.
Chloe was a credit to the company and a breath of fresh air as we have called other agents who have laughed at us and put down the phone on us.

FacebookAs novice house sellers I can't recommend Philip Martin more highly. We had a lower value property yet we were treated professionally with time and care was taken to get the details and pictures just so. The property sold after the first viewings but the support never stopped and Alice was always on the end of the phone whenever I had a query or the inevitable snag aroise holding my hand every step of the way. I would certainly use again.

FacebookWe were incredibly impressed by the service we received from all the staff at Philip Martin in Truro.
The level of help we received was way above the norm and we are extremely grateful to James Harvey and the rest of the Truro team. Not only did they contact us whenever a suitable property became available and arrange an instant viewing but they also provided us with detailed background information about the locations - even including riding stables, leisure centres and other facilities that mattered to us as a family.
On one occasion as we viewed a property at a weekend that was not quite to our taste we described what our ideal would be and within minutes James was on the phone to another owner. Within minutes we then found ourselves following him through the countryside for an unplanned viewing of what turned out to be the property we settled on.
We cannot recommend Philip Martin enough and would like to thank them for their highly individual and professional service.

She understood it’s not always easy to talk due to work/child commitments and balanced this and making sure we were kept updated really well.

FacebookRude rude rude!!! If your planning on renting with Philip Martin don't bother. They are non responsive after applications. I rang to see if they had received my application as I had no response. The woman I spoke to couldn't wait to to get me off the phone. almost like there not interested in unless you're buying a property I was left feeling degraded and unwanted as a customer after a 30 second phone call. I think re training is needed on the phones + customer service.
