TrustpilotHighly recommend
Highly recommend! My partner and I recently bought our first flat through Simon Welford at Anthony Roberts in Kew. Simon proved invaluable in securing our offer, ensuring progress with both solicitors, and meeting our desired exchange and completion dates whilst keeping us updated at all stages. A really positive expeirence.

TrustpilotRecent apartment sale
I recently sold my apartment through Antony Roberts. These folks could not have been better with their regular updates, advice and actions. We agreed the charges from day one and there was never a deviation from our agreement (You can have confidence from the start in knowing exactly what to budget for). Should the need arise going forward, I would have no hesitation giving my business to such a professional team.

TrustpilotBrilliant team
Brilliant team, found me my dream property and had an offer accepted the same day as the viewing. Thank you all especially Victoria!

GoogleI was referred to Antony Roberts by a neighbour who had used them. The stand out for me was that the person wanting to buy my property was struggling to sell their's via another agent. AR took it upon themselves to find a purchaser for them so that mine could also sell. I was impressed by this active step to find a solution to the log jam.

TrustpilotExcellent management of our rented…
Excellent management of our rented property in Kew. We were living elsewhere and needed an agent who could respond promptly to the tenants’ requests and provide good quality and timely support from a team which had the relevant electrical, plumbing, decorating etc skills. John Crane achieved this professionally and efficiently and ensured that the needs and obligations of both the landlord and the tenants were met. Highly recommended as an agent.

TrustpilotRussell Houston - thank you
The St Margaret’s team were hard working and committed to my sale, providing responsive and effective service at all times, including when prospective buyers pulled out and the mortgage landscape changed dramatically last autumn. Particular thanks go to Russell Houston for always going the extra mile and never failing to retain his composure, humour and optimism.

GoogleThe team were a joy to work with - advised us on a sensible asking price for our house in Teddington, achieved lots of viewings and several offers above asking price, and then worked really hard to get us to exchange. Kept us informed at all points and were always cheerful and positive.

We've recently rented from this agency, everything went smoothly and in a professional manner. One of the agents - Beth - has been extremely nice and helpful. Their fees are really reasonable comparing to other agencies in the area. Overall very happy!

TrustpilotGlad I made a change to a local agent
I went to Anthony Roberts after years of using a larger multinational to rent out my flat in St Margarets. The difference in service (an cost) has been noticeable and a pleasure. All the people I dealt with (Harriet, Paul, David, Russell) have been friendly and helpful. I wish I'd swapped agents years ago, and would recommend them,
