GoogleCan’t rate Micah and the team highly enough. They covered everything within the quoted price, no additional fees. They clearly know what they are doing from the professionalism throughout, through to the quality of the advertising for my property. You can see that a lot of effort was put into letting my property, which resulted in Weekes finding me the perfect tenants. Will be using them again next time round.

GoogleNightmarish service. Being a tenant of a property with a lot of continuous issues, the only responses we recieve are ones deflecting the points raised. We have lived in a Weekes managed property since september, and for the last 4 months have had to live with collapsed ceilings in both the bathroom and kitchen, with subsequent constant leaking water coming from ceilings, this is in a property were paying over 2400pcm for! So, landlords if you want your property to fall into disrepair, choose Weekes! & Tenants, if you want awful service & to feel unsafe in your home, Choose Weekes!

GoogleI live next door to one of their managed properties. The alarm house alarm keeps going off in the early hours of the morning as it is faulty and I have notified them on multiple occasions. They will be in no rush to turn it off or even attempt to get it repaired. So if you are looking for security or communication do not choose Weekes Estate Agent.

GoogleSteer clear of this outfit, and especially Micah Weekes who is totally untrustworthy. He did a terrible job managing my property: failed to collect rent and left our beautiful home wrecked with many items missing. I would not even give them one star but you cannot post without awarding them this minimum.

GoogleThe agent listened to our requirements and quickly and painlessly found new tenants so there was no void. He dealt with everything- the check out of the previous tenant and the check in of the new one, and kept us fully informed. Service was excellent, and we thoroughly recommend him.

GoogleWeekes are possibly the worst estate agents that have ever existed. They don’t care at all about their tenants. They never respond to an email and only ever contact you when they need something themselves. If you want them to fix a problem you will speak to a number of different people who will always refer you to someone else who always seems to be on their ‘lunch break’. Even problems such as rats, broken boiler and a broken oven don’t seem to be urgent enough to get a response within a week. They are utter rubbish and should be closed down.

FacebookTERRIBLE...Paid £1250pcm for a property in which any issues reported took absolutely ages to resolve or were just ignored. Emails to them ignored most times and completely unprofessional. We are now being accused of small flooring damage to a small cupboard, which was stuffed full of the owners stuff, so covering such damage. Having issues getting our £1350 deposit back with zero response from Weekes to our emails or promptings from the DPS. Have to now go through claim process and involve legals..AVOID at all costs. I would not allow this company to manage my property.

For an estate agent not to have this information before marketing is highly frustrating and unprofessional. Would not recommend! What a shame for the vendors to miss out on possible buyers because of an estate agents poor management.
