GoogleI have had to use many estate agents over the years, and in two cases had to change agents due to incompetence on their part.
Inspire was recommended to me, with the assurance that I would not be disappointed with their service, and that the Director of the company, Alan Knight, was hands on in his dealing with clients.
My only regret is that I do not have any further need to sell or buy property; the whole process of selling my recent house was so straight forward, and I was confident to leave everything to Alan to deal with, knowing he would action any requests and keep me informed almost daily in some cases; and honestly and professionally deal with difficult situations, leaving me to get on with everyday life.
As you can tell, I cannot speak more highly of Inspire, Alan and all his staff in the office are so helpful and understanding, in what, for me was a very stressful time.
THANK YOU TO ALL AT INSPIRE.

GoogleMe and my partner have just brought our first home and the seller used inspired property hub as their estate agent! From dealing with them these last few months I can say all staff we have been in contact with have been extremely helpful, polite, friendly and personable! Replies are quick and they were here to help with anything we needed! Really recommend this company! We dealt with Allan towards the end and overall were very impressed! Definitely recommend! Thanks for all your help!

GoogleAllan dealt with everything including viewings, negotiations and many issues which arose during what was a difficult sale, which helped keep some of the enormous stress involved with property sales under control for me.
If it wasn't for his tact, negotiating/people skills, patience and calming manner I would have pulled out of the sale altogether months before it completed. Thanks for all your hard work Allan

Thank you Maureen. Very kind words. I know you seemed apprehensive when I said we are a family run business. But you trusted us and we got there in the end. Myself and Tracey will pop in and see you soon

GoogleVery poor, all they care about is money.
Had a dodgy electrical certificate and water coming through the ceiling that we queried, and soon enough gave us a eviction notice.
Don't help when the owner of this company, brother owns the property.
Should be ashamed putting out a family of a house they've lived in for nearly 10 years to make a extra buck.

GoogleInspired Property Hub are a superb team dealing with my rental properties and property sales.
100% professional, competent, and approachable.
After years of dealing with sub standard letting and selling agents its a relief to find a company that actually cares about their clients and not their profit margins
