If there were lots more stars to rate Andrew Exelby and his team we would fill them. From start to finish he, Judith & Vicky kept us fully informed on our purchase & nothing was too much trouble. We have bought & sold several times using other agents, and at a time that is often pretty stressful this is by far the most professional, honest & caring team we have ever experienced. The icing on the cake was the wonderful surprise of their hamper, deliciously put together by Stone's Fruit & Veg in St Just - such a thoughtful touch when we collected the keys. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this outstanding estate agent.

Wow is probably the best word to describe how my husband and I feel about the service received from Andrew and his team. From offer to completion, they have kept us updated, answered any questions, sorted key collections for surveys and explained the processes, making it more stress free for us, whilst we have had to work. Andrew and the team have helped us to sell our cottage this year and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. As we live abroad, having Andrew and his colleagues there on the ground has been extremely helpful and they have gone above and beyond their role as Estate Agents. They collected and replaced fire alarms, put in and collected radon tests as well as all the other roles taken by the Estate Agents. Most importantly, they have been so helpful and professional fielding our phonecalls and emailed questions. And of course, they have sold our house and we are delighted with the outcome. 5 stars just aren’t enough to rate Andrew and his business. The service I received was absolutely outstanding, from start to finish Andrew was always there to answer queries, chase things along and keep my buyer on side when they were becoming impatient with the conveyancing. I have sold and bought many houses and the service Andrew provides is a breath of fresh air compared to other agents, a truly professional and personal service that goes above and beyond. His marketing of my property was to such a high standard it sold the first week it went on the market and thanks to Andrew I am now in my dream house. Like most rational humans I was very reluctant to deal with an estate agent. I mean, most people move to St Just to escape the double-speaking, less than honest, profiteering business world, right? Andrew Exelby is none of those things...he somehow manages to be really professional, upfront, friendly and a considerate genuine human being while ALSO being an estate agent. Not sure how he manages it but he does it extremely well. I'm definitely not the only one who thinks so as almost all houses for sale around here are through him. If you're thinking of moving to St Just to be part of a community, who wants things to be fair and honest, go see Andrew. Opposite the memorial & the Plen. 2 doors up from the Cornish tunnel we're digging, making our own way back to the EU (though progress is slow...)
