GoogleWe recently tried to purchase a house through WellingtonWise, and due to some delays on the sellers' side we had been holding on for 6 months. This was at no fault of WW, who did all they could to keep us informed with regular calls and emails. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions (we frequently called to ask these) - this was no trouble for anyone we encountered from the local agents. I must particularly highlight Jeremy and Richard who were completely transparent and honest with us throughout - something that I think is so so so important (and frustratingly rare) in the industry. While we did end up buying another property, I had to leave these guys a great review. Highly recommend.

Terrible agency. Twice in a row that we requested to view the place within half a day but no reply. Later tried to reach out again, only got told that the place was already fully booked for viewing/ someone wished to buy the place.

Untrustworthy. Unreliable agent according to our experience. We put our offer on the property, and it was excepted by the owner. Then, the agent requested all documents. Once everything was provided one day between offer, we were told that the property had been sold to someone else, even though we offered to increase the price. The agent reneged on the agreement. Sarah Kerr, appears to have a racist, unprofessional attitude, not wanting to explain, and the Manager cut the telephone call too. Such a wast of time, and not appropriate among good people.

FacebookVery disappointed with this company. After approximately a year of trying to buy a property (105 Hillcrest, Bar Hill), completing serches and preparing contracts with the solicitors, they relisted the property without first contacting us! We were informed by our solicitor a week later. When we called to ask what was going on, they claimed to have left us voicemail messages - an amazing feat given we don't have voicemail! They had been unreliable throughout the process, never informing us of any news about the purchase - we had to call whenever we wanted to know anything. A very disingenuous, unprofessional, unreliable company that blatantly lies to your face - avoid at all costs!

Hi Christine, I'm really sorry we were unable to contact you. We did make numerous attempts to contact you that were unsuccessful. It is our standard procedure to make all parties interested in a property aware when a subsequent offer is received.

FacebookCan't say enough good things about WellingtonWise, who both sold our old house and found our new one. They have a comprehensive understanding of the local market and take the time to listen to and understand their client's needs. A wonderful, professional, personal service that removes the unnecessary stress. Wouldn't use anyone else to sell our house (though they found us such a perfect house, that's not a service we'll be looking for any time soon!)

GoogleUsed WW to sell my property in Fenstanton, they produced a good set of details with some good photos. All viewings were accompanied by a staff member and they always got me feedback the following day. The after sale service was also very good, they actively chased the solicitors and updated me on progress as we were involved in quite a long chain. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

GoogleRichard and Simon, and indeed all of the staff I came into contact with, were very knowledgeable of the local market and helpful at pushing the sale through. It proved to be rather protracted and they kept me updated at all stages. Would definitely recommend this local agent.
