FacebookIf you want a third party to bridge the gap between yourself and a tenant, this is not the place. In our experience they were incredibly unprofessional when it came to communicating. It would take days and sometimes weeks to reply to an email, if they even replied at all. Issues that should have been resolved quickly and efficiently took months. Promises were made and then broken. Things were left out of their regular inspection reports, leaving them unaccountable. I would avoid at all costs.

Hello, I do not believe a new team is in place really. I see the usual group hanging outside fagging it on a daily basis and some of them have been there years

FacebookCannot actually believe I had an invitation to like you on Facebook. I don't like you in real life let alone virtually! In fact, I cannot even bear to look at your building in town. We have had nothing to do with you for over 7mths now and couldn't be happier. Getting away from Bleeders was the best decision we ever made. Awful, awful service. Months and months and months to fix things, numerous health and safety breaches, damp and mould for three years, numerous breeches of tenancy agreement. When you complain, they ignore, ignore, ignore then when you move out they put all the blame on the landlord. We then had our solicitors and environmental health contact the landlord numerous times and the landlord and Bleeders tarnished our names and reported us to the police and the police and courts voted in our favour obviously! What little babies! Avoid these money grabbing scumbags at all costs! We jumped ship before being pushed and that was the best thing we ever did

FacebookIn response to your spam email suggesting I view your new Facebook page, despite my having not rented from you for a year now, I will share my opinions. By a country mile the worst letting agents I've come across, on multiple occasions breached their own contract, the highlights being illegal attempts to raise rent without the correct notice period, and giving no notice of visitors to the property on multiple occasions. I would strongly recommend using another letting agent, I would never use Leaders again. (It would also be wise to not ask ex-customers who have made complaints to review your business )

FacebookHighly recommend! The way all the girls manage their portfolio of properties is phenomenal from finding the correct contractors and making sure the works required is perfect for the new tenants and that landlord properties are well looked after. Communication = fantastic! The girls at leaders really know their stuff!

FacebookWorst estate agents don't talk to each other. And lie all the time to the tenants.
