Madeleine from the St Ives office was fantastic - knowledgeable, engaging and professional. What we really liked is that she quickly got a good grasp of what we are looking for, but equally kept us open-minded with respect to properties we didn't think we would like! Instead of just letting us in to the properties - she explained everything inc local surroundings but more importantly she asked questions to gain more understanding of us and our needs. A real asset to HL - Thank you Madeleine!!

From valuation and marketing to completion they are engaged, proactive and walk alongside you every step of the way - they are all consummate professionals! The sale of our property was complex and took considerably longer than normal but the staff ensured that communication never faltered and they remained positive, upbeat and supportive throughout. They mediated tricky situations and kept the whole transaction moving forward, despite the many, many potential problems raised during the process. All of the staff at My place in Cornwall have been excellent without exception. The brochure of the house was lovely and very professional, and the team went over and above to find a buyer for my property. At the beginning of lockdown on the day of exchange my buyers pulled out through no fault of anyone else, purely to do with COVID-19. My place were immediately on the case, they contacted previous interested parties and in fact obtained me a buyer extremely quickly. They were tenacious in chasing things up, kept me fully informed and supported me through any problems. I would most definitely recommend them.
