GoogleWe were very pleased with the conveyancing services provided by Barrow and Cook solicitors. They helped us twice; once in the process of buying a house and then with selling and purchasing another. Keith Powell and his team went above and beyond taking on additional work involving a complex lease and managing a challenging estate agent branch. We would highly recommend them!

GoogleWe had a great experience with Barrow & Coon Solicitors recently when buying our first house. We had Marie as our Solicitor & Sue as her Secretary, both absolutely amazing. They were always on hand to deal with any big or small query that I had & kept me in the loop with every little detail. I would 100% recommend them to anyone & I will absolutely be using them again in the future if we buy another property. Thank you both so much for making such a stressful experience so enjoyable.

GoogleAbsolutely awful Estate Agent! I deeply regret that I had to deal with them! I had a viewing, the agent was absolutely incompetent, she couldn't answer my questions, she couldn't give me any information, and also she gave me wrong informations, told me that it is a tenant in the property, which wasn't true, the vendor was living in the property. I made an offer on the first day after viewing, I received an email saying that the vendor rejected it, then I made another offer which I've been told that the vendor will make a decision after all those who booked a viewing will see the house because" the vendor wants to give everyone a chanse to see the house ". I made a higher offer, offer the price they asked for. I have no answer. Then another one much bigger then the price they asked for; their answer was " we cannot find you in our sistem " I have booked another viewing then I received an email saying that the viewing has been canceled because the vendor accepted an offer ! Very poor quality Services, better to avoid !

GoogleWorse experience in my life! Called them to clarify some aspects regarding a property I've been interested in, they were not able to answer my questions, an agent said something, another agent something completely different, I made an higher offer and I've been told they can't find my details, then they canceled my second viewing saying that the vendor accepted an offer. Im sure they didn't forward my offer to the vendor.

GoogleUsed this company as my solicitors for buying and selling carole and Joanne done a good job but at times I needed a solicitor who worked 5 days a week and not 3 because at times I got stressed on the days no one could help but overall I would recommend using them.

GoogleAbsolutely awful estate agents to deal with. Went to view a house...made an offer on day 1. No response from the estate agent. Phoned back a few days later to be told a number of offers had been made on the property but wouldn't disclose if there were any offers higher than our offer as we were willing to increase ours. Called back nearly a week later to say another offer was accepted and they had taken the property off the market despite us saying we wanted to increase our offer. Worst estate agents ever dealt with.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleAsked to view a house on Kipling which is up for sale, they said they only do bookings monday to Friday, so I booked a day off work an give them two weeks notice, which I told them, they did not even have the decency to reply to my email after I had emailed them to chase it up, a complete waste of time an holidays, thank you very much Barrow an cook, for doing absolutely nothing but wasting my time.
