GoogleAbsolute joke ! So called sales manager calls me back AFTER 3 days, then when I have offered cash price she has refused the sale β¦ also she is has said to me there is some obligation that if I buy property I have to keep tenants in β¦ is that even legal ? Also I have been told that 245k price will be raised to 300k if I donβt want tenants in the premises? Case has been reported to trading standards. AVOID THEM SCAMMERS

GoogleLisa Thompson is an absolute godsend. I truly can not rave highly enough over her service. I was selling a house via probate, which bererment is always a hard time. I am not, nor ever have been local to Cornwall. I also had no prior knowledge of the buying and selling process, a complete novice! So needless to say I had concerns. All of those very quicky washed away after the very first phone consultation with Lisa. Not only was Jeffery's the best value for money, by far, but Lisa made the whole experience completely painless. Always friendly, ever the proficient professional, and endlessly empathetic. She really takes the time to get to know you, your situation, personality, level of understanding and needs. Goes above and beyond, each and everytime. And always makes sure you understand and are comfortable with the process, from start to end. But she is always 100% honest throughout, so what you see really is what you get with Lisa. I really can't thank Lisa enough for all her hard work. You made a very difficult time and situation, painlessly bareable. Never an easy task. So thank you so very much!

Having to sell a property after the death of a loved one is a stressful experience, but from the moment we met Lisa we knew we were in good hands. She showed great empathy to our wishes, and from then on made the whole process seamless. She is obviously a top professional, but also very personable. Communication was faultless throughout, and helped us to conclude a successful sale with remarkable speed. GoogleMy wife and I viewed a Cornish cottage set in wonderful gardens, the property was just what we were looking for. We met Lisa Thompson at the property and immediately warmed to Lisa. We proceeded to purchase the property and none of this would have been possible without Lisaβ s help. The transaction proved to be complicated and lengthy due to two sales and a purchase with all the challenges this can present. Lisa was great at every part of the process, her experience communicating with other agents and solicitors in the chain kept the whole deal moving forward. Lisaβ s professionalism shone through enabling everyone in the chain to complete on their purchases. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past and can say that Lisa and Jefferys St Austell has provided us with the best experience so far. GoogleDuring negotiations of an offer on a property, this estate agent chose not to return our call when we rang up and left a message with a second offer. Did the vendor even know this call had been made by us. Won't be purchasing any property advertised by them!
