As we say in America - they nickel and dime you. I left a house immaculate and even cleaned things that were dirty when I arrived but I was no competition for the juggernaut of "efficiency' of the hundreds of photos taken before my tenancy (only of things that were perfect. I did not have the time to send a list of problems that were there on arrival). When I ended the tenancy they charged £75 for cleaning even though the house was immaculate, and gardening £105, even though the garden was a wreck when we arrived and we actually improved it, and the landlord told us there was nothing to do. Rollos also claimed a stain was left on a mattress and I am sure they took a photo to prove it, but I did not leave one! Maybe they made it themselves. As if the fee they charge the landlord isn't enough! Just seems they have to get every cent they can out of every possible place. Shame on them!
