Very good company for sellers because most of them are traders and they support them.Beware of buying thru their auction , this is the place where you will be mislead , if you buy without doing due diligence, this auction company whatever you see being sold comes back again and again with lower price to catch new innocent buyers , like bait is used to catch the fish, same way innocent buyers are caught thru there network and pricing . Whatever lot you see and think of buying, please go back to previous auction catalogues and you find the the truth and the trick they use for innocents.

Today is Tuesday 2nd March 1.10pm. I called Savills to ask the date a house was up for auction as it wasn’t clear to me on the website. The young girl who answered the phone was so unhelpful. She said I should find out myself has she will only have to google it herself. I asked her name she told me that her name wasn’t relevant. Appalling service!!

Inevitably there were some stresses along the way but Victoria and all the team in the office were efficient and patient throughout, with particular effort and good negotiation skills in the last frazzled days before exchange of contracts. unfortunatelly I had rented an apartment with this company as administrator and I have no air conditioner the last 8 days. (this is a pretty new building and I am the first person to live in the appartment and have a lot of issues inside).No body reach out me, they a not able and don´t want to help you if you try to call in the customer service.I don´t recommned this company.I am living inside a oven the last 8 days and nobody cares.the lift is not working the last week too and nobody was able to contact the OTIS to fix it.
