We bought our new house through Louise and the Louise Saunders Estate Agents and the team were nothing short of amazing from start to finish. We were part of a small chain and the sale on our side was not without issues and dragged on for a few months, but thanks to the patience and perseverance from Louise (and all of the chain) we were able to complete and be in our new house before Christmas! Positives: We used LS to sell our house as part of a chain. The selling, marketing, promotion and viewing parts were excellent. We also had our original buyer pull out quite late in the process and LS quickly organised new viewings so we could remain as part of the original chain with new buyers. We also found all of the last minute negotiations good. Negatives: in between the initial viewings and exchange/ completion at the end, we didn't always feel very informed or kept up to date with progress. It often seemed to be us doing all the proactive following up

We recently sold our first house in St Albans with Louise and the team. The service you receive is 5* from beginning to end - we needed to get our house on the market quickly and Louise arranged photos and plans within a couple of days - and had it on the market and viewings arranged all within the same week. Fantastic advice and support at all stages of the process. Whenever we spoke with Louise or the team they knew exactly where the sale was and the full chain - no calls or emails ever went unanswered and you really appreciate the benefit of a boutique agent who knows you and the property inside out. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Louise and so pleased we found her and the team.

Louise and team were fantastic throughout our sale (and our purchase 6 years ago!). We had to quickly list our home - Louise was extremely responsive and the listing was expeditious. Within just a few days we had multiple viewings and offers. Our onward purchase was delayed and Louise and Gaynor never applied pressure. The team at Louise Saunders are fabulous. All preconceptions of estate agents go out of the window with their friendly, communicative, efficient team. We bought our first ever property with them and they made the whole experience so enjoyable and positive. We completed on time, and faster than we expected! Lisa showed us the property (just us, no others at the same time!) and really helped us imagine ourselves living there with heaps of useful local knowledge, as well as genuinely knowing lots about the current owners and what they love about their property. Lisa made sure she did our second viewing for us and it was lovely to have a friendly face, with no others viewing at the same time, and she didn't rush us through. Lisa was brilliant at helping us through the process of making an offer and never left us hanging. The office team were also super responsive and helpful. We wholeheartedly recommend Louise Saunders, and if we move we will certainly go back to them when we come to sell.

Having recently made a viewing for a property in town marketed by Louise Saunders, the service from start to finish was dedicated, efficient and personal. Lisa was absolutely fantastic in both meeting us at the property for the viewing and then following up our interest in the property to help us with each step of the process. Only due to us not being ready to buy did we miss out on the property but I cannot thank Lisa enough for her constant efforts, support and personal service that goes above and beyond all expectations. We have dealt with many estate agents in the past and Louise Saunders, as represented by Lisa stands out above any agent we have ever had dealings with. If you are thinking of selling I would like to recommend Louise Saunders and especially Oliver (I don't think I will ever meet a negotiator like him). Before we put our house on the market we had 7 agents around and I was 100% sure we will go for someone else however for some reason we decided to go for LS and I am glad we did. They were amazing when they were drafting the sale particulars, they always accommodated our schedule (like replying to our requests at 9pm!!). The selling process was great with LS. The whole team including Louise was incredibly helpful and very professional and we will definitely use them again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Louise and all her staff. We had a short timescale to sell the house and complete due to moving across country for work.
